The 57 Racquet Club Northeast Condominiums are contained in two buildings, one three and the other five story with assigned parking under the building and thus out of the sun. Elevators provide secure entrance to the complex.

lt is adjacent to six leafy acres that contains St. Petersburg's largest swimming and tennis club. The Pinellas Trail where one can walk, hike, bike, roller skate etc. is close by. Just a few blocks away are the stores and restaurants along the 4th St. corridor. It is also convenient to all the attractions of downtown St. Pete. Within a few miles are several of the most prestigious neghborhoods of NE St. Pete. No wonder many people find the location ideal! A big bonus in this area: public bus transportation available just out the front door.
It is an all-age building (usually a plus for resale marketability), but many of its residents can be best described as mature in age. Compared to many other complexes, the majority are permanent residents and not "snow birds.". Small pets (2 of 40 lbs. or less) are permitted. Although the grounds are not extensive, they are very well maintained and include an attractive swimming pool and patio area. HOA monthly fees are apparently based on square footage and range from about $319 for a one bedroom to $450.00 per month for a larger two bedroom unit.It is a popular place to live so there are generally not many units on the market, and they usually sell rather quickly. There are one, two, and three bedroom units in the building, but no three bedroom units have been for sale on the MLS during the past year. At the end of July, 2016 there is no unit active on the MLS and but one under contract that is a one bedroom of 800 square feet listed for $80,000. Going back one year, there have been only two units sold and actually closed. They were both 2 bedroom, 2 bath units that sold at $84,400 for 1050 square feet and $86,000 for one that was 1120 square feet or about $80 per square feet. Prices in this area of town particularly have risen significantly in the past year so one can probably expect to pay $90 to $100 per square feet now, depending of course on condition and updates.

- Comparatively liberal pet policies.
Potential Concerns:
- Most units do not have their own outside patios or decks
- Many units that come up for sale need serious updating.
