- Full disclosure: I'm a realtor, but the purpose of this blog is not to sell any particular piece of property. Rather, it is to explore--both the benefits and potential drawbacks of--condominium community living in the greater St. Petersburg/southern Pinellas County area. The emphasis of this blog is on the many over-55 communities that abound in this area. There are several modestly priced all-age communities in and around St. Petersburg included as well. This blog is written to share knowledge I've gained in almost ten years as a realtor locally and also as a Board member and Treasurer of my own HOA. It will discuss on an individual basis a number of the many, diverse condominium and townhome/villa communities that abound in the greater St Petersburg area.
